On June 16, 2026, the U.S. Department of Education (ED) announced the following four new interagency agreements:
- ED and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Special Education and Rehabilitative Services Partnership
- ED and U.S. Department of Justice:
These bring the total number of interagency agreements signed over the past year to 14.
