| NJSBA AT YOUR SERVICE Salary and Settlement Data Report Generator NJSBA maintains a comprehensive database of teacher contract bargaining data that includes a report generator that allows you to select the parameters of the settlement and salary guide data reports with the ability to download your selection into a spreadsheet or a report. The Data Report has been updated with salary and settlement data for the 2026-27 school year and will continue to be updated as information is received from member districts. The administrator salary table with 2025-26 salary data, which are collected annually by the New Jersey Department of Education through its statewide survey of school districts, has also been updated and is available as a resource for NJSBA members through the NJSBA Report Generator. The information can be obtained by clicking on the Labor Relations tab under “Our Services” on the NJSBA website, then clicking on “View Negotiations Data Portal”. Member districts are encouraged to forward copies of their current teachers’ collective bargaining agreements so that our salary settlement data and related negotiations data remain as complete and up to date as possible.
