Property & Casualty/Risk Management Services
Brown & Brown provides a full range of property & casualty and risk management solutions for school districts throughout New Jersey. Our goal is to help districts make informed, strategic decisions based on their specific risk profiles. We currently serve as the risk manager and/or insurance broker for over 120 New Jersey public schools and act as the Sub-Fund Administrator for ERIC West, a sub-fund of the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group.

We work closely with each district to determine the most effective insurance placement strategy — whether through a Joint Insurance Fund (JIF), the commercial insurance market, or other risk retention or transfer options.
