Regional STEAM Tank Challenge Accepting Applications

Teams create innovative projects, and present their inventions before a judging panel of entrepreneurs, business leaders and inventors.
STEAM Tank 2017 will now expand to include three regional competitions, in which fifteen K-8 schools and fifteen 9-12 schools will face off in each region. Dates and locations of the regional competitions are as follows:
Southern Region – May 5
Blackwood Reserve Center, Blackwood

MG Williams S. Stryker USARC, Trenton
Northern Region – May 13
New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), Newark
Six winners from each grade bracket in each region — 36 in total — will advance and compete at the STEAM Tank finals to be held Oct. 24 and 25, during the Workshop 2017 conference at the Atlantic City Convention Center.
