The Board of Education of the Lakeland Regional High School District in Passaic County is seeking a new educational leader to follow our longstanding CSA and who will serve the Lancers with distinction.

We serve approximately 800 students in grades 9-12 from the communities of Ringwood and Wanaque in one high school building. Our nine-member administrative team comprises a Chief School Administrator, a full time Business Administrator, a Vice Principal, a Director of Special Services, a Director of Student Services, an Athletic Director, a Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction, and two content area supervisors. We employ 84 certificated and 60 non-certificated employees with a budget of about $26.5m.
We are looking for a students-first educational leader who is an outstanding communicator with a history of fostering robust and healthy community relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum, special education, and school budgeting.
NJ School Administrator Certificate or CE and previous classroom teaching experience below the college level is required. High school working experience and successful school principal experience is strongly desired. Experience in and/or with a regional school district strongly preferred.
Position Start Date: July 1, 2026

Salary range is $175K—$220K, commensurate with experience. Salary is subject to NJ State regulations and the approval of the Lakeland Regional BOE and the Passaic County Executive County Superintendent.
