"Creating a Positive School Climate: Strategies for Improvement & Engagement"- Shore Regional High School District Superintendent, Dr. Lisa English and former NJPSA Executive Director, Pat Wright will share their expertise on fostering a positive and supportive school climate. They will discuss the significant impact of mental health on student behaviors, the rise in reported HIB cases, the effectiveness of existing code of conduct policies, and how these issues affect classroom dynamics and the delivery of instruction.
