In a July 15 broadcast memo, the New Jersey Department of Education highlighted their publication of FAQs to address common inquiries received from school districts, educators, and stakeholders following the release of the State’s Guidelines for Schools on Student Use of Internet-Enabled Devices. “The underlying statutory requirements and the NJDOE’s Guidelines remain unchanged,” the broadcast memo states. “The FAQs were informed by ongoing input and collaboration with stakeholders responsible for implementing these policies,” NJDOE continued. For additional information on the FAQs and related resources, see the NJDOE’s broadcast memo and the NJSBA’s July 11 School Board Notes article.
