On Wednesday, May 6, the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) published a broadcast memo inviting districts to join New Jersey’s Teacher Climate and Culture Institute: From Insight to Implementation taking place on July 28, 2026, from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. in the Brower Student Center at The College of New Jersey, 2000 Pennington Road, Ewing Township, NJ 08618.
The NJDOE encourages districts to send teams of three to five educators (a team of teachers and administrators) to attend the conference. Sessions throughout the day will:
- Recognize educators and schools/districts that exemplify the best the state has to offer
- Showcase best practices in enhancing climate and culture for educators in New Jersey schools
- Strengthen teaching, leading and learning in a collaborative environment
