The New Jersey School Boards Association’s Women’s Leadership Conference is one of NJSBA’s most popular annual events. This year’s conference will take place on Friday, March 20, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The 2026 Women’s Leadership Conference will be bigger and better than ever before. Historically selling out within a matter of weeks, this year’s event required an upgrade. With the goal of providing training and support to as many women leaders as possible, the conference has moved to a larger venue, the Brower Student Center at The College of New Jersey in Ewing, NJ.
This empowering event will explore ways to help women , “Rise and Thrive” above their unique leadership challenges. NJSBA’s Women’s Leadership Conference provides the opportunity to participate in tailored training sessions, network with other women in school leadership, and learn ways to build resilience and confidence.
