School Board Notes

The State House has been busy, with numerous committees meeting over the past week and advancing a variety of bills relevant to boards of education in New Jersey. 

The New Jersey Supreme Court Appellate Division rules that email logs from board members’ personal email accounts discussing board business are subject to disclosure.
