The Vernon Township Board of Education was officially recognized for achieving NJSBA Board Certification at the Sussex County School Boards Association meeting held on May 7, 2026, at the Newton Country Club.
The presentation was a highlight of the evening, as Kelly Mitchell, NJSBA Field Service Representative, presented the award to her home district.
