The Educational Leadership Foundation of New Jersey (ELFNJ) is committed to providing school leaders in New Jersey with quality governance training on cutting edge education topics.

In support of the ELFNJ mission to advance public education through training, research and innovative programming, it will be offering several opportunities in the upcoming academic year focused on educational equity and accessibility. These programs will provide actionable frameworks and reflective practices that empower education leaders to lead equity-driven change in their schools and communities.

On Wednesday October 22, ELFNJ will kick off this programming through a presentation at NJSBA’s Workshop 2025. This session will address the need for continued focus on improving school inclusivity in the face of changing government requirements.

The agenda will target best practices for identifying, budgeting, leading and implementing new initiatives that promote greater equity and access for all students while ensuring compliance with state and federal law.

During the presentation, participants will be able to meet members of ELFNJ’s leadership team, learn about its mission and hear about future training opportunities to equip educators, administrators and leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary to improve student outcomes and strengthen school communities.

If you are passionate about transforming education, developing the next generation of leaders and contributing to meaningful change in NJ schools, join ELFNJ at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 22 in Atlantic City.

Following the presentation, the ELFNJ leadership and board of trustees will host a networking reception.
