The election will take place at the May 20, 2017 Delegate Assembly. Nominating Committee Issues Report, Selects Candidates The NJSBA Nominating Committee has selected candidates for the positions of President, Vice President for County Activities, Vice President for Finance, and Vice President for Legislation/Resolutions. Nomination by Petition Process In addition to selection by the NJSBA Nominating Committee, NJSBA Bylaws provide a process for nomination by petition. Petitions must be filed with the NJSBA executive director by 5 p.m., April 4, 2017. This post includes a sample nominating petition.
