Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:36-35.1 (P.L.2021, c.461), every two years each school district must submit to the New Jersey Department of Education a District Website Accessibility Statement of Assurance attesting compliance with that law’s web content accessibility rules. In a June 17, 2026 broadcast message, the New Jersey Department of Education provided instructions for 2026 submissions.
Districts must submit the 2026 District Website Accessibility Statement of Assurance through the corresponding Homeroom application by July 31, 2026.
