ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Administrator in Residence will report directly to the Director of Advocacy and offer consultation, professional learning, and support to Board Members related to a school district’s business affairs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Certification as a Business Administrator
  • 5-7 years public or private accounting with experience in financial reporting
  • 3-5 years in management of a school business office to include oversight of accounting, finance, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions.

PREFERRED

  • Associate degree or M.S., Accounting or Finance
  • Experience in financial accounting within public/governmental agencies or associations or non-profit organizations.
  • Certified Public Accountant certification
  • Teaching Experience

MINIMUM STARTING SALARY:        $125,000
