The Workshop 2026 call for program proposals is NOW OPEN! Make an impact by submitting a program proposal today. This is your opportunity to present a training session to New Jersey public school leaders. Give Workshop participants a reason to attend your program by proposing a compelling topic and session.
Workshop 2026 will take place from Monday, Oct. 19, through Thursday, Oct. 22 at the Atlantic City Convention Center.
Make your proposal stand out:
- Share boldly: Do not just present, share innovative ideas and information that may push the boundaries of current practice and knowledge.
- Inspire: Empower fellow educational leaders to explore new strategies and ideas for solving challenges.
- Engage: Encourage active participation and model best practices.
- Co-present: Choose co-presenters from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
- Focus on all students: Recognize the importance of expanding opportunities and access to meet the needs of all learners.
Session types include:
- Group Sessions are 60 minutes. Sessions will be set in theater style to their maximum seating capacity (100-250 attendees). Design your program to allow for Q&A and provide opportunities for engagement as appropriate for a lecture-style presentation.
- Action Labs are 90 minutes. Rooms are set with round tables to facilitate discussion and collaboration. The rooms are limited to 48-60 attendees. To be considered, the session must include group activities that support learning to engage participants.
The submission deadline is Friday, March 27, 2026 by midnight EST. Acceptance emails will be sent out mid-summer. All program submissions will be reviewed. Submissions from New Jersey school districts are preferred.

NOTE: Only current school administrators, school board members, district staff, and gold and platinum sponsors will be considered for sessions. Submissions from districts collaborating with non-sponsoring companies will be rejected. Non-profit submissions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
