The Public Contracting Oversight Division of the Office of the State Comptroller is offering two webinars to introduce newly elected and appointed officers, officials, and employees of the State of New Jersey to the Office of the State Comptroller and to public procurement in New Jersey. These webinars are intended to help new officials, officers, and employees of all of New Jersey’s contracting units understand their responsibilities regarding notice and submission of contracts and proposed procurements for OSC’s procurement reviews under N.J.S.A. 52:15C-10, Executive Order 166, and Executive Order 125.
