In June 2025, the U.S. Supreme Court case, Mahmoud v. Taylor, shifted from previous court decisions on parent’s religious objections, to classroom readings and their desire for the ability to opt-out. NJSBA’s Ray Pinney is joined by David Rubin Esq., Of Counsel with Busch Law Group, as they discuss the implications of this ruling.
