On Nov. 7, the New Jersey School Boards Association published the Fall 2025 edition of Capitol Watch, which updates board of education members, school administrators, and other school leaders on legislation that could impact school districts in the Garden State.

The quarterly online newsletter is intended to support the organization’s advocacy pillar by helping board members navigate education-related legislation moving through the State House. Capitol Watch provides a breakdown of legislation by category and includes brief descriptions and the organization’s position for each bill.

This quarter’s newsletter also features a recap of last week’s gubernatorial and Assembly elections.

The Fall 2025 newsletter is available on NJSBA’s website.
