As a companion to the reoccurring webinar series What’s Brewing in Education Law: Coffee Talk with Kathy and Caitlin, NJSBA’s Legal Department has launched a new monthly newsletter, Monthly Grounds: Education Law Update. This new legal resource will provide members and school law attorneys with a brief summary and overview of the most noteworthy decisions issued by the Commissioner of Education and the School Ethics Commission in the preceding month. Members and school law attorneys can access the Legal Department’s new monthly newsletter from here, or from the Topical School Law Resources section of NJSBA’s website, under the heading “Monthly Grounds: Education Law Update.”
Monthly Grounds: Education Law Update will be issued by the end of each month, and will endeavor to provide members and school law attorneys with the most relevant, meaningful, and impactful school law decisions issued by the Commissioner of Education and the School Ethics Commission.
